Handmade, Fair Trade Spring Scarves
Monday, March 1st, 2010We just recieved a shipment of beautiful cotton and silk scarves from “Seyva” whose name means “that which needs caring”. All of the scarves are hardmade by various artisan communities in India whose indigenous art forms face the danger of extinction. The profits generated from their sales are reinvested in the commmunities so that they may stive and grow. Bottom line: wear one of their beautiful scarves and feel good about you shopping splurge!
